In their debut release, Strange Artifact combines musical influences from around the world with J-Rock and video game-inspired sounds from their native Japan to give life to 'The Antikythera Mechanism'.

Strange Artifact follow the DIY ethic embodied by the steampunk scene; in addition to making the majority of their own outfits and accessories by hand, The Antikythera Mechanism was recorded entirely in the band's home studio.

But MaRy's soulful vocals and 130JET's inspired arrangements combine to make a sound so powerful and moving that you'll hardly believe just two people were responsible.
